We have a large property in Chester county and we’ve had several trees randomly fall or need taking down and ProTree has been incredibly responsive. We have worked with Rich who assesses the work, quotes it and then sends the info to the schedulers. Rich is great to work with and explains everything very clearly, with options, and makes a sometimes stressful situation much less so. We had a tree fall down on our pool house during a torrential rainstorm, during Covid with Covid guests inside- Protree saved the day. We had a huge tree smash our garage (the week before listing our house for sale!) and Protree carefully got rid of that tree and the few next to it and thus saved a lot of headaches. I use Pro Tree Services exclusively for the many large trees on our property . They are awesome; Rich typically comes on site and walks you through the process, explains what needs to be done and gives an on the spot quote. His knowledge of trees and patience in explaining what’s needed is so helpful. Next, the scheduler calls and sets up a convenient time to do the work. The best part is that the workmen come right on time and finish the job quickly. Every branch and tree limb is removed and the area is left in perfect order. Pro Tree is an excellent tree service company. Rich D is very professional and always keeps his appointments on time. The crew is great and easy to work with. They took an extremely large tree and several smaller ones down for me and they did a great job. They cleaned up when they were finished and I could hardly tell they were here. Other than I have a lot more sun light in my yard. The guys even went so far as to cut branches and trunk into fire place sized portions and all that needed done was to split them. A great company to work with!

All parts of the project were done with their experience and our needs in mind. Rich was all for saving trees as we were and made the suggestions that made that possible. Our yard has many drains and on site septic and he made sure no equipment drove over them by bringing the right equipment to do the job. The crew with Esvin and Matt was great and did the job in a very professional manner and made sure to update us along the way. They are coming back for more work and also to do some work for the neighbors. Would recommend them very highly.

Rich, Noah, and the entire ProTree team were exceptional. I had a 120ft+ tree that needed to come down, and it was a dangerous job. ProTree exceeded all of my expectations. They were quick to respond to a quote, answered all of my questions/concerns, and the crew who brought the tree down worked tirelessly throughout the day to do it in the safest manner possible. Their pricing was fair and competitive. Other quotes I received included bringing in a crane, removing my fence, and created significant concerns to my property….these guys did the job without any of that (crane, fence removal, etc). I will definitely be using them next time, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very affordable, and professional. This was the second time I've used Pro Tree and highly recommend them. All personal are polite and respectful from the estimater to the crew. Left my property better then they found it. Clean and all debris removed.

The job at our property was large and involved huge equipment. The work was done professionally and, when the crew left, there was no sign of debris or tracks. it would have been impossible to tell that they had been there.
